He Must Needs Go !

This is a New Year and with it comes new opportunities. In 2011 the Bible still says the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few. Jesus said in the Gospel of John, "He must needs go". Do you have a burden for someone? Let us go for it in 2011 and see our loved ones and friends born again in Jesus name.

Will you follow through?

On this day many people are remembering the phrase, "never forget." Yes, we should honor the memory of those that bravely gave their lives for the sake of others. Where were each of you when these events happened nine years ago? What were each of you doing? Better yet, are we closer to the Lord or are we drifting somewhat. The Lord Jesus wants us to press on and fight the good fight of faith. The Bible teaches, therefore my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as you know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. Let us PRESS ON in Jesus name......

Baptism

The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear.

I will not turn back .

I am the righteousness of God in Christ.

The Lord will never leave me nor forsake me.

Praise God that He is my Rock, my Fortress and my deliverer !

Let’s start the New Year right !

It is such a wonderful thing when we learn something new. There are so many times we encounter trivia, information and are bombarded with data. Once in a while revelation knowledge will come our way and surprise us.

2009 is now behind us, 2010 is upon us. I don’t want the same old, same old do you? I want to be a better servant of God, a better husband and father.

Look, I want to be more positive than I ever have been. I have a testimony and my testimony must be alive and effective today. Ask yourself the following questions?

• What is your testimony?

• How can I share my testimony with others?

• What can shut down my testimony?

• Are the ways that our testimony can be protected?

2010 is going to be a great year. There are so many hurting people that need the Lord Jesus. I believe that 2010 there will be a wonderful harvest of souls. Our responsibility is to share our testimony of what the Lord has done in our life and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those around us.

The following scriptures add emphasis:

1 Peter 4:11

If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

Revelation 12:11

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Let the Lord minister salvation, healing and deliverance in 2010…

Be the best!

Look, the best thing you can do is commit and decide to be the best. 2009 is coming to an end and it is quite possible that some of the goals that were set at the beginning of the year may not have been accomplished. There are 11 days remaining this year to complete this years goals. If you can do it make it happen. If you can't, don't sweat it.

But, I would like to encourage not only the reader but remind the writer to strive for excellence and be the very best. The Lord is on our side. We are on the winning team. There is so much momentum behind God's people. There is no turning back.

The last few moments of 2009 are clicking away and very soon there will be a new year, a new season. Let's view it with an attitude of optimism. Great things are in store for you and me in 2010. Don't you think the Lord wants the very best for His children.
